RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at KB Designs have every confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with and truly love our products! In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

RETURNS: Please return unused, unwashed items for a refund within 14 days of purchase to the address below. Visibly used, washed or items without original packaging returned will not be reimbursed nor returned. Please email us for a Return Authorization #. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the return bag with your contact information and instructions placed inside of the bag. Items without an RA# will be marked refused and returned to sender. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

EXCHANGES: Item must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be approved. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Please include a check or money order for $3.00 to re-ship your item, made out to "KB Designs, llc". Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.

A 10% Restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Damaged items may be exchanged within 60 days for a replacement or store credit. Please inspect your product fully upon receipt. Please send your damaged item to the address above with instructions and any information necessary to make the exchange.

All new/unused items being returned must be returned in the original packaging they came in, including instructions if it pertains to the item.

Please always include delivery confirmation/tracking for your return. We cannot be responsible for returns we do not recieve.
