RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at KB Designs have every confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with and truly love our products! In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

We accept returns for KB Designs items within 14days of purchase.

If you would like to make an exchange or return, please call for a return/exchange number.

15% Restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Damaged items may be exchanged within 30 days. Please inspect your product fully upon receipt. Please send your damaged item to the address below with instructions and any information necessary to make the exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item for a new size, different color or new item, please send the exchange with a $3.00 check for shipping charges made out to KB Designs. If the reason for exchanging the item is due to damage, you do not need to pay the shipping fee.
