Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be 100% unwashed/unworn to be accepted. Clearance items are Final Sale.
Items returned that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded nor returned. If you are exchanging your product, please send a check made out to KB Designs, LLC in the amount of $3.00 to facilitate reshipping and the price difference if you are exchanging for a more expensive item.
Please always provide tracking on returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for items not received. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE DEDUCTED FROM ALL RETURNS.
If your item is defective, we will happily replace your item within 30 days of purchase with the exact item ordered. Please inspect your item upon receipt.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
